Unable to complete sync on iPad

Hi there! I have had problems recently with syncing on my iPad mendeley App. For Now, sync blocks at 58%… stays there a while and then error message appears saying sync was completed with errors. Many references (that I can see in the Desktop app and in Mendeley Web) do not appear. Same problem with iPhone app. I tried logging out. erasing the app, redownloading it, and logging back, but the problem persists. Thanks in advance! Max
