Occasionally, when synchronizing with iPad, Mendeley produces duplicated entries in the "all documents" page. I had to reset the database and re-sync to clear those duplicates. The iPhone & Desktop versions seem okay.
It might be good if the app can check whether the paper entry exists in the local database before sync.
