Problems with synchronization

Dear Mendeley Support Team, I have a problem with the synchronization on my Iphone 5 (iOS 10) - Newly added publications on my Desktop did not show up on my mobile app. I had reinstalled the the Mendeley. Howevere, since then I have no ability to acces my account on my mobile app. Please help me to resolve that problem Maciej Jaskiewicz
