Dear Support Team,
For several weeks I've had a massive problem syncronizing my iPad Mendeley with the Online library I keep updating through my Desktop version. On the iPad it keeps stopping at 72% and says "sync error" or "sync failed".
It's a big problem as I can't work properly with both devices. I know this has been asked before, but it seems an enduring problem for many users.
