I'm considering switching entirely to an iPad Pro 12.9" for primary computing purposes, and I'd like to continue to use Mendeley for my academic research and paper writing. I know that currently the mobile version of Word doesn't allow for reference management, and the Mendeley FAQ for iOS suggests using the desktop version of Mendeley for reference and citation management. That said, are there any known workarounds - either using Google Docs, or the mobile Word, or another document-editing application - in which this functionality would be possible? I would love to be able to keep Mendeley in my workflow if I do switch, even if it is a little more cumbersome, as my MacBook is getting pretty long in the tooth.
Thanks!
