Dear Mendeley support,
I have always experienced a few sync troubles but now since the new version it is unbearable. Most of the pdf files are not download. The reference appears though and I am able to open the files I am referring to from www.mendeley/library. I will also send you my log file (its not currently working I don't know why...) as I have seen you use to ask that to users. I hope you could help me fixed it because I use this functionality daily.
